    Case Study

    The client wanted a real-world leisure booking platform that could handle high demand, manage bookings smoothly, control capacity, and support advanced features. A dedicated portal for venue owners and guests to find, book, manage listings for beach clubs, hotels, spas, adventures, and events. We transformed the project from a request for small fixes into a production-ready booking platform ready for Google Play and Apple App Store submission with all compliance requirements addressed and submission assets prepared.

    PROJECT OVERVIEW

    Simpleisure makes leisure booking effortless as the destination itself.

    Simpleisure makes travel booking simple by giving venue owners and admins clear control over management and booking. The client’s first request was for quick fixes in the app. We implemented changes on day one, showing speed and reliability. As the project grew, we developed the mobile app in Flutter, built the backend, and created the admin control panel and venue portal. The idea was to enhance the concept of simple travel and even booking and make it a full-scale project through testing through flutter flow and make it a full-scale built that handles real-world demands.

    THE CHALLENGE

    Problems We Faced

    • The initial plan lacked stability and polish, with usability gaps and design inconsistencies that slowed user adoption.
    • Admin and venue portals existed only as Figma designs, leaving no functioning dashboards for real-world operations.
    • The Flutter Flow prototype was useful for quick market testing but could not scale or meet app store compliance.
    • The experience across admin, owner, and user apps was fragmented, needing tighter integration and smoother transitions.
